ELITEMERCH LLC wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. This policy applies to products sold by us on Walmart.com and through direct wholesale channels, subject to Walmart Marketplace policies where applicable.
Return window
Most items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or replacement, unless otherwise stated on the product listing or required by law.
Eligible returns
- Items damaged in shipping or defective upon arrival.
- Items that do not match the listing description.
- Unused items in original packaging with all parts and accessories.
Non-returnable items
- Custom or made-to-order furniture.
- Items marked as final sale or clearance (when disclosed on the listing).
- Items returned without authorization or outside the return window.
How to start a return

- For Walmart.com orders, you may also initiate a return through your Walmart account per Walmart's return process.
- We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs may be non-refundable except when the return is due to our error or a defective product.
